📱 Tech Tip of the Day – Apps Not Working? Try This first

We’ve all been there: you open your favorite app… and it freezes, crashes, or just won’t load. Before you panic or uninstall it, try these quick steps:

1. Force Close the App

Swipe it away completely or close it from your recent apps screen—then reopen it. Simple, but often effective.

2. Check for an Update

Go to the App Store or Google Play and see if there’s a new version. A bug fix might already be waiting.

3. Restart Your Device

Many app issues come from memory overload or temporary glitches. A full restart can clear that right up.

4. Check Your Internet

Apps that rely on live data (banking, streaming, etc.) won’t work right on a weak signal or spotty Wi-Fi.

5. Reinstall It (Last Resort)

Still not working? Uninstall and reinstall. Just make sure you know your login info first!

🔧 Bonus Tip: If only one app is crashing, it’s likely the app. If all your apps are glitching, your phone may need an update or has a bigger issue—and that’s when Working Dog Tech is here to help.
